These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lumaedgeoutdoorlighting.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Luma Edge Outdoor Lighting ("we," "us," or "our"), a trade name of Superior Permanent Lighting LLC. By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
Effective July 2026, Superior Permanent Lighting does business as Luma Edge Outdoor Lighting. The legal entity, ownership, and all existing agreements, warranties, and messaging consents are unchanged.
Luma Edge Outdoor Lighting offers two types of text message communications to customers and prospective customers who opt in:

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier plan. Luma Edge Outdoor Lighting does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

We provide permanent outdoor lighting design and installation services, including JellyFish Lighting products, in the Richmond, Northern Virginia, Hampton Roads, Charlotte, and Jacksonville metro areas. All estimates provided through the Site or a consultation are non-binding until confirmed in a written quote or contract.
JellyFish Lighting products installed by Luma Edge Outdoor Lighting carry the manufacturer's product warranty. Workmanship guarantees, where applicable, are described in your installation contract. Nothing on this Site creates a warranty beyond those set forth in your written agreement with us.
Financing options are subject to credit approval by our third-party financing partners. Terms, rates, and availability may change without notice.
Content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Luma Edge Outdoor Lighting or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site or submit false information through our forms.
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luma Edge Outdoor Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or our messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance.
